hello! i wonder how many of you still come back here.. but anyhow, lynnthegreat and jasmineli are back from the states and UK, and we’re having a dinner thing.

so this is the third week of school.

i feel so tired already though i have nothing on monday!

you know i keep meaning to write a post here and i keep forgetting! so anyways here i am

this term’s a shit term for me (as compared to my slack term last year) so im just trying to cope with everything.. im doing analytical skills (if A is B, and B is C, then is A = C?? and that kinda thing), business,gov&society (that i suck at), and intro to psych, intro to sociology, and plural perspectives to political issues (gosh that was a mouthful), and creative thinking starting sometime in march. all the socsc modules have a lot a lot of readings to finish, and sometimes bgs does too so its a lot of prep to do before class.

classmates are almost the same ones i had last term, at least those worth being in the same class with. im happy coz i got crystal and huan in my psych class! of course there’re the irritating ones who bloody wont shuttup in lessons and it pisses everyone off coz its like “ok fine you wwant your participation points you got it so keep quiet and give someone else a chance already” but yeah..

smu’s grand opening was last week. gosh so much money went into the whole thing its amazing. we had pyrotechnics and crazy lights and a plasma screen, that would have all gone to waste if there was a slight drizzle. thank god it didnt. security was uber tight coz of all the ministers coming, and i had to walk thru like 4 metal detectors even with a special pass they gave. and they did bombsweeps and all. we felt quite important yes, and they fed us so much, 4 meals for performers, buffet style, and surprisingly good food! and free beer. whoo!

now that thats over we’re all taking a well deserved rest from daily rehearsals that end at 11pm and classes that start at 830.. phew. oh and im teaching salsa at nus now. HAHA. at christine’s hall, because my neighbour needed a partner for demonstration purposes and i need money for many purposes so im there for the next 3 wednesdays, in the evening. nus people pop by, meet up and say helloo please!

congrats to joel n leonard who are both having a better life in NS now. gd luck to SMUggers. damn scary they have tests on the first wk of school. wth! NUS Is alright. hope to get better CAP this sem! me gen nic n calin are doing TS this sem and wanna get A++. hurhurhur.

doing philo, evolution (SciencE), evolution (writing) and euro lit as well. (yes moses im reading faust!)

ill be v much evolved by the time the sem is over. (hurhur pun intended). hope to lose weight, increase cap, learn salsa properly -faint-, hope can play soccer somewhere consistently…*hopeless*, make more frens, visit all the clubs in spore, buy more revealing clothes and get 3 boyfrens!!!

okay i was kidding towards the end

Hello! *waves vigorously* I realise I haven’t seen a lot of you in ages! namely my dearest PW mates! wahahahaha…. inidentally, i shall be narcissistic ad write about myself (again). Yes well, for those of you who don’t already know (those precious few hermits that you are). i have commissioned (i.e. passed out from ocs) and hence my trainee life has ended ended ended (whoop) and now life is good. I am a staff officer… in NDP office. so, unlike other staff officers, my work is not administrative. it is more ’special’ in that sense. i am in the organizing secretariat for NDP 2007. (And no, i don’t get tickets. if you thought it, then you’d be like the 23rd person to ask… assuming you’re the first to read this post.) So yes, what i do is like research… surf the net, plough thouh books, meeting minutes, debrief reports, do dialogue sessions. Sounds interesting at first but it ends up terribly dry… so yes i am bored. i have learnt to use meeting time and the offce’s laptop and wireless internet resources to pick up Hindi again…. and blog-surf. ahahahaha.

air-conditioning and carpeting and a laptop. oh yes, after 9 months of total shit i think i deserve this!

p.s. where on earth (like literally, lynn and yas) are the rest of y’all??
